Estimates and inspections are provided free of charge and without obligation. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated, and may be revised if hidden conditions (such as damaged decking) are discovered once work begins, always with your approval before additional work proceeds.
3. Payment & Financing
Payment terms are set out in your project contract. Financing, where offered, is provided by outside lenders and is subject to credit approval; Crestview Home Group is not a lender and does not guarantee approval or specific terms.
4. Warranties
Workmanship warranties are provided in writing with your project contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials are governed by the manufacturer's own terms. Warranties may be voided by unauthorized repairs, alterations, or abuse.
5. Insurance Claims
Where we assist with storm related insurance claims, final coverage decisions rest solely with your insurance carrier. We do not guarantee claim approval or specific payout amounts.
